SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery
We ship free of charge all over Switzerland. Kindly please note that we do not deliver to post offices boxes.
We can deliver your order by Standard or Express Delivery. Delivery is complimentary for orders over CHF 1,000 to one address in Europe, or over CHF 3,000 to one address, for the rest of the world.
Delivery time differs depending on your location and you will be informed at check-out about the estimated time. Please see the shipping method and costs as well as delivery times for your destination, while placing your order on our website.
If
you have placed an order with personalisation or any additional service, it may
take longer.
Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved
items and an extra 10 working days for hand engraved and monogrammed items.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating your tracking number. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are not able to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty is 2 to 5 business days.

Returns
We gladly accept product returns.
Merchandise will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 20 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.
We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been damaged, with all original tags attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order and must not show any signs of use.
We can only exchange an item with another product of the same value or higher. Please call our customer care team at +41 (0) 79 369 8450 or send an email at office@henrimaillardet.com for more information. The delivery time depends on the chosen product, if we have it in stock or we need to make it especially for you.
If you choose to wait to exchange an item with another from a future collection, the amount already paid can remain in the customer’s account until such item is available for purchase. If the new desired product is more expensive than the one returned, you must pay the necessary difference.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return.
Kindly note that we do not accept exchanges or refunds on any engraved and customised pieces. Also, we do not accept multiple returns of the same or different products.
